I wonder how many of my fellow gamers have an interest in the Ashes, or the goings on around Old trafford this summer. (Not expecting too many replies, lol.)

Few things i wanted to ask the community:

Bell in for Pietersen, The Right Choice?
Micheal Owen, Good business?
Ronaldo to Madrid... £80,000,000, again Good business?
Mourinho shows his intent to become the next Manchester united manager.. opinions?

As far as my opinions go.. and i'll keep these short until/if I get any replies...

I think that Moore should've been brought in for Pietersen, he showed that he can score runs against this Aussie attack and Bell failed once more.

Owen is a real good buy for United, he was the most prolific scorer last season, with a 29% finishing Rate. I expect this to be similar next season.

Ronaldo to Madrid, bad news for us I feel. Though you can't stop the boy from going as he did tout it as his 'dream'. He served us well for 6 season and £80,000,000 is a lot of money.

José Mourinho would be the perfect replacement for Sir Alex.

Opinions anyone?

Dunno bout the cricket.

Owen seems like a good buy, doubt he will(or can) play every week but with his goal scoring record he will be an effective start or impact sub, if he stays fit...

Ronaldo seems like good business, he was going to leave and you can't argue with that kind of money, Doubt Mardrid will suddenly become world beaters just because they have a new strike force. Don't know where Man U are going to find all those goals though.

Fergie can't be staying for too many seasons more, its mainly paper talk just now i think but when the time comes he would fill the boots fine. I think Pep Guardiola would do a really good job too though
